Sleepy Hollow - 'Art of War'

"We're not orcs; if you were wondering."
Super-keen to get the Shard back, Atticus Nevins turns to Pandora's box (which he knows all about, it seems,) to call up a trio of Norse Berserkers, single-minded and nigh invulnerable trackers. Fortunately, Jenny is able to fight them off with the aid of her Shard-power and the team turn up some mistletoe darts; unfortunately, that recorded weakness has been removed by devoting the warriors to Pandora instead of to Odin. Instead, Team Witness cunningly use Jenny's blood, which they are tracking, to make the Berserkers attack one another.

This draws Nevins into a direct attempt to force them to hand over Jenny, not for Pandora but for something much worse. Luckily for our heroes, his right-hand woman reveals herself to be an undercover FBI agent, but I can see this having all sorts of blowback for Abbie's career. All is for naught, however, as Jenny just walks into Pandora's crypt and meets the lady herself and a hooded figure who hoists a sickle over the younger Mills.

Just one episode left to the mid-season finale, and the whole 'Jenny claimed by the Shard' bit looks to be on the out again after only a week. The integration of those two sides has not been excellent, much as the flashbacks have been a bit disconnected, and it's a shame, as the bits with Tom Mison and Nicole Behari are still excellent.
